RN204 Adding a 2nd smaller disk

Yeah, you're on the right track.
- Switch to flex raid (your data on the 4TB drive will not be affected)
- Add new disk
- On the volume page,create a new volume with the new smaller disk

Hello depitropov,
Data stored to the existing disk that is configured as XRAID which I believe is RAID1 should stay intact when you switch over to FlexRAID and add the 2nd disk. You can set it as JBOD instead so the 2nd disk volume is separated from the 1st disk's. But then again, we always strongly recommend to always have full backup of the data.
