RN212 Unable to Connect from Win11

• The 212 is on my network at 192.168.1.2
• Other PCs and phones can access the network shared and admin page.
• Raidar from the PC that cannot access it sees it just fine and says it's healthy.
  • When trying any option it gives an error of "Your NETGEAR storage is not accessible from this computer. Check your network settings.
  • NAS is running 6.10.8 
• The PC that is having the issues is on Windows 11 23H2.
  • It has an IP address of 192.168.1.23
  • Checked route print and the destination is mapped to the .23 interface.
  • Tried turning off all my AV (Avast) and windows defender.

 

Any other network options to check?

Getting ping to work is probably the first step.  Are you pinging by IP address or by hostname?  IP address should of course always work.  I'd see if the problem PC can ping your other PCs.

I'd also check that the PC has the network configured as "private".

Is the PC connected using WiFi?  If it is, then perhaps also check that it isn't using the guest network (which often is isolated).
