RN314 smb issues, kernel hang
Running OS6.9.4 hotfix
This morning samba file shares where behaving strangely. Some machines could access some files and not others. Some couldn't open at all.

Upgraded to OS 6.9.5 stable. So far NAS has been running for 6 days and no crash.
You could try installing 6.9.5-RC1, and see if that helps.
Or downgrade to 6.9.3, which solved it for me.
