Upgraded to OS 6.9.5 stable. So far NAS has been running for 6 days and no crash.

I haven't seen anything posted here on RC1.
I don't work for Netgear, so I have no inside information on the bug list.
You can downgrade to any 6.9.x firmware if it doesn't work for you. (That's not the case for the 6.10 beta beta).
