RN422 interfering with internet
The NAS is interfering with my internet. When I enable it and use it on a computer and try to access Chrome or Vivaldi web browser's, there is no connection for about 1 minute or two. I have 5 PC's and it does it on all of them.
If I dont enable the NAS on a computer, then I have no issue. It doesn't matter if I'm on a computer and enable it on another, it effects them all. Wireless or hard wired. My wife and daughter do not have the NAS on thier PC's and have no issue's with the browser's. It does not effect Edge browser.
This has been going on for a few months. And I finally decided it was the NAS. Because I have no issue untill I enable it on a PC.
I am not very experinced with a NAS. But any help or suggestion any one has would be greatly apprecated.
The firmware is up to date.
Thank you for your help and time.

Which services are you running on the NAS?
Which apps are you running on the NAS?
What do you mean by "When I enable it"? Is that connect the NAS to your network, open an app e.g. ReadyCLOUD on your PC, connect to a mapped network drive or what?

Sorry for the lack of info. Thank you for reaching out and asking about it. Sorry it took me so long to reply. I have a seperate email just for the NAS and don't think about checking it.
No services as far as I know. I dont really know how to run any services. Any help with that would be apprecated.
Just storying files on it.
Not running any apps I dont think.
What I mean by enable it, is when I double click on the desktop icon to open the NAS to get to it. I turned off the automatic start up with Windows.
I don't know now if it is the NAS, Unistalled the ready cloud and still have the issue. Unistalled an ad blocker and thought that was it, but seems to be related to MSN.com but it effects my email also.??
Thank it's infected? How do I check it? Maybe my network is infected. How do I check that?
Bought a new laptop and am slowly adding programs that I like to have and seeing if it's something else. I made a batch file to access the NAS and so far am not having any trouble with the interent issue.
I don't know? What ever the issue is it's on 4 of my computers. Doesn't happen all the time. When it does it on one PC, I check the others and it's doing it on them as well.
Sorry if I'm off topic or in the wrong forum for my issue.
Thank you for your time and again I appologize if I'm not in the right area or off topic.
