So now I'm stumped. Where do I look, I can't seem to find a large file anywhere.
I have the log files available for anyone who wants to see them.

If you purchased new between 1 June 2014 and 31 May 2016, then you have lifetime (free) chat support.
I guess you could alternatively try deleting logs.
Your data volume is quite full - well above Netgear's recommendation of 80%. That could cause issues with volume maintenance functions (scrub, balance, etc). Since btrfs uses the same free space pool for metadata and data, it needs more free space than ext.

You're logged in as the admin user not the root user. du can't calculate the space used by files the user you are logged in as can't access.
du isn't designed for BTRFS but it is useful for getting a rough indication of what's using up the space.
My guess would be that there is a huge MySQL database under /var/lib/mysql possibly from an app.
