RND2210v2 can't be access from main laptop
The NASBox cannot be accessed on my main laptop as of five days ago. I've rebooted the laptop, the router and turned off the NASBox. The box is shown in the list of network but I can the error shown then clicking on it. I have run the diagnose option but no problems found. The strange part is that the other laptop I used is working fine and the NASBox can be accessed as usual from Windows Explorer window. It it also backing up fine. I don't know what else to do to reconnect it to the main laptop which is mostly where I access the NASBox content as the device stays on my desk
error on clicking on NASbox

I have had the same issue for quite a while and am yet to find a true solution. I've also found users of other Linux based NAS with a similar problem, so it's not the NAS per se. It seems to have something to do with the interaction between Linux Samba and Windows 10.
Assuming your problem is the same, the work-around is to use the NAS IP address instead of the name. Putting the IP address in the Windows hosts file also then lets you use the name again. Of course, for that to work reliably, the IP address cannot change. That is best accomplished by address reservation in your router, not using a static IP on the NAS.
