RND4000 Odd issue

I added an attachment pic to my original post, did it not work?
running windows 10 but can access the files from an android tablet either like I am used to doing.
when i said app i was talking about my android file explorer app.

meant to say that i CAN'T access from my adroid devices.
here are the details. front screen on the NAS reads the correct disk usage but web screen shows 0% usage. but the DLNA server is still serving all my media files.
Model: ReadyNAS NV+ [X-RAID]
Serial: 23J3017U0046A Firmware:
RAIDiator 4.1.15 [1.00a043]
Memory: 256 MB [2.5-3-3-7]
IPv4 address:: 192.168.0.100
Volume C: Online, RAID Level , disks, 0% of 0 MB used

Ok. So SMB/CIFS has stopped working and Frontview is thinking you have 8 MB disks with a 0 MB volume. DLNA still functions.
Something looks very wrong.
- Can you download the log zip file? (Don't post it here, but it'd be good to have it).
- Is SSH enabled on the NAS?
- Do you have a backup of the files?

when i tried to reinstall the os from usb i get the "os index error" and it hangs there
when i try to do anything from the web front end that requires a reboot it wont reboot itself.
