RNDP6000 - Volume C - Offline
Hello- Currently running a ReadyNas Pro 6- RADiator 4.2.31
So I had 6 3tb drives running in the X-Raid array configured for dual-redundancy. I had disk 3 fail. I didn't have another 3tb drive on hand so swapped in a brand new 4tb. (WD Red). System detected drive and started a rebuild. About 10 minutes in I get the error message:

And my access to the data is gone. Share list in frontview is still there but greyed out.
1.) I then rebooted with volume scan checked.
System reboots and reports same error as above and I still can't access date
2.) I pull the drive because the rebuild doesn't seem to be moving. I put the old drive back in and it's still reported dead. I reboot and same error. Can't access my data or shares. Volume C on main screen of frontview reports as OFFLINE.
3.) I put the new 4tb drive back in and let the rebuild go overnight.
The next day the resync is complete. All drives report healthy.
Volume C is still offline and I can't access my data or shares. I attempt the reboot option 'skip volume check' via paperclip. Same thing. Can't get to my data.
I think my data should still be intact as I only had one drive failure and was configured for dual redundancy. Is there a way to force this volume C back online? I do have SSH enabled and can SSH into the box if needed.
Any tips would be greatly appreciated!
I'd try for a paid support call but seems they don't offer that anymore for this unit.

It might be too late to sort out what happened, but I still suggest downloading the full log zip, and looking in there.
You could try RAID recovery software such as R-Studio:
This runs on Windows, and would require a USB enclosure or enough docks to connect the disks to the PC. You'd also need enough storage to offload the data.
