RNDU 6000 - VPD file lost

Hello there!

 

I wonder if somebody from netgear staff could please help me out:

Today i was playing around today with my RNDU6000 trying to install some alternative operating systems which was quite informative. While i was doing so i also zeroed out the internal usb flash boot device without making a backup of it.

 

After i was finished with all of that, i did a usb recovery, so the storage is currently up and running with ReadyOS 6.10.3 on it. But right now there is neither model nor serial number listet on the webinterface, which i assume is read from the VPD file from the boot_flash (which i didnt backup).

 

Someone could please rebuild that file for me?

Photo with serial details is ready to send, storage is already in support mode - i´m waiting for further instructions.

    The fix has been applied and the NAS has been rebooted. Please check if you can now see the model number and the serial number of the NAS.
