RNDU2000 RAIDAR Cannot Find ReadyNAS after Factory Reset

Bonjour,

Merci d'avance.

  • Nobru06's system had the same problem and has also been fixed. And yes it's the middle of the night down here.

    Hello Nobru06,

How did you factory reset the ReadyNAS Ultra 2? It should be from the boot menu. This will not only delete the current config of the NAS but also format the disks, deleting all files stored.

If you have already done from the boot menu, please check the disks with diagnostic tools, it is possible that one (or both) of the disks is having trouble.

    Welcome to the community!

    Regards,

      Bonsoir,

Hello, Thank you for your answer but discs do not seem in reason.

      Sorry.
