I don't use NZBGet, but generally speaking if there is room on the C volume, then the error could be a result of the OS partition filling up.
L3 support can clean that up fairly quickly. Don't delay, as this condition can totally lock up the NAS.
After it is resolved, there is a ReadyDLNA add-on that will put the DLNA database on the C drive (instead of the OS partition) which can help.
