Rsync fails - How to Reset Permissions on a USB Drive?
Hi, ReadyNas 312 Firmware 6.1.9 Rsync fails due to Error = failed: Read-only file system (30) (on USB drive) Silly part is the original backup was using Rsync however when I plug the USB drive back...
I disonnected the USB drive and connected it to a PC and did a Scandisk to ensure there were no errors. There was one about Free Space reported and it was fixed. I then dismounted it and connected to the Readynas 312. Issue still exists
Question: How do I reset File permissions? As noted on intital post, "The "Reset File Access" area is not available on USB drives as the Settings -> File Access screens are blank."
