Rsynch backup from RN214 to RN104. Cannot connect

Here is an example of the log for a failed attempt:
Backup Job Name: Test
Backup Job Type: Full
Protocol: rsync
Backup Source: [Test]/
Backup Destination: [remote:rsync]/192.168.1.68::Test
Backup Start Time: Mon Jan 15 2018 17:19:09
Backup Finish Time: Mon Jan 15 2018 17:19:09
Backup Status: Fail: Failure during copy.
Failed to run rsync, return rc 10
'rsync' command returns rc=10
rsync: failed to connect to 192.168.1.68 (192.168.1.68): Connection refused (111)
rsync error: error in socket IO (code 10) at clientserver.c(125) [sender=3.1.2]Changed port to 873 and that fixed it.

Use 873 for the port. Also, if you are using the hostname of the remote system, then try using it's IP address.
