SFTP Sync
Hi, Is it possible for me to sync a folder via SFTP with a remote server? Is there a SFTP client app or something i can use? Some of these maybe? http://apps.readynas.com/pages/?page_id=9 ...

But i have understood on other users that rsync can be very slow. Is this correct?
Or maybe it wont be a problem since it will sync all the time, and only sync the changes?
