Slow speeds caused by GS108T?
Hi. When i transfer files from my DUO to my PC the speeds around 8-10Mb/sec but sometimes it jumps up to 23-25Mb/sec but only for 10-20 sec. I have a Netgear GS108T switch with default settings. Is...
Using NFS, I could get sustained reads in the the 30-35 MB/s range on my NV+ using Ubuntu (writes were slower, but still 15 MB/s). My laptop (which runs Windows) only has a 10/100 NIC, so I've never really been able to do a good CIFS/SMB test.
From my Pro to a different NAS (not the NV+).
UPDATE: I recall seeing this post yesterday: viewtopic.php?f=21&t=26918&p=149926#p149926. I would disable any security software and see if there's a similar problem.
