Slow speeds caused by GS108T?

This issue was resolved by enabling flow control on the GS108Tv2. By default the non smart switches have this enabled but the GS108Tv2 does not. This was a very unique setup where the issue happened PC>FS726T>GS108Tv2>NV+ but that was what it boiled down to in the end. Just for completion I am adding this, apologies for the resurrection :)
