Slow transfer speed and way to much bugs..

I can't really spot anything wrong, tried unchecking jumbo frames close to hundreds of times now with either one of the ports active or both, lowering to 1500 MTU didnt help just lowered the speed from 10 Mb/s to average 7, max 9 Mb/s :S
