You are not running gigabit ethernet . Assuming there is no typo in the quote, 10 Mbyte is a good speed. You should keep jumbo frames off, as they do not work with 100 mbit ethernet.
The Ethernet status is 100 Mbit / Full-Duplex, MTU 9000 with static IP assigned.
BTW, your other stats look fine.
Can you tell us more about your switches and routers (giving model numbers and connection information)?
