You should be getting more than 10 megabits. Are you sure you aren't confusing megabits and megabytes?
If your switch is the SG100D-08, then it is gigabit, Your WRT120N router is a fast ethernet (100 mbits) device. You will get better results if you connect the NAS and your PC to the switch. If you need more ports, shift the Smart TV to the router. Also, the second NIC in the Ultra is only for fail-over, so you can leave it unconnected if you need the switch ports.
