SMB User Home Shares Don't Require Password 6.1.4

I am running 6.1.4. I have user home shares enabled for SMB and FTP. If I ftp it requires a password as aspected. When I map a network drive under windows using
net use without specifying a password it mounts and I have read/write privledges. I'm sure I must have the permissions screwed up somehow but I can't seem to find anything in the GUI to enable me to fix that. I have passable linux knowledge so I don't have a problem using the command line, I'm just not sure what to update and where.

I checked for an smb.conf file and there's one in /etc/samba

# This file is auto-generated. Do not modify!

[global]
include = /etc/frontview/samba/smb.conf.defaults
host msdfs = yes

#dashboard:password server = *

template homedir = /home/%U

veto files = /Network Trash Folder/Temporary Items/aquota

#dashboard:container = 0
#dashboard:domain_admin_user =

include = /etc/frontview/samba/smb.conf.%a
include = /etc/frontview/samba/smb.conf.overrides
include = /etc/frontview/samba/Shares.conf

include = /etc/frontview/samba/addons/addons.conf

[homes]

In /etc/frontview/samba/ though there are multiple smb.conf files. They end in .OSX , .WIN.NT, etc to include smb.conf.defaults.

    Did you check windows credential manager? The password might be saved in there.
