Snapshot recover of one file

Hi, I am very confused... I have one file I need to get back as it corrupted, it is stored as a snapshot (snapshot every hour) so just need to recover from "Share" and the "Directory" then the "File" but when I go to do this, it comes up with a warning when recovering saying it will set back folders and you have to type DELETE DATA?

Now in past, I swear I have just done one file no issue, yet this now gives the impression the snapshot recover will take back the whole drive to another time, thus losing all work I have done on other files since?

This is in my office, so vital I don't do this.

Firmware 6.52

Thanks

Enable Allow snapshot access, grab the file via SMB, AFP, whatever your computer uses, then disable snapshot access.

Thanks, I have clicked snapshot allow access but still cannot find a way to roll back just that file?

Once you have enabled snapshot acess, you should see a snapshot folder in the share and you can browse the snapshots there to find your file.
