Thank you for the tips, I'm currently backing each share on the 102 to a matching share on the NV+ as you suggested in order to have the data backed up as soon as possible.
As we expect to keep working for a long time with a customer, we decided to allocate the whole capacity of the Duo (1GB) for his data so that we don't have to worry about running out of space any time soon.
I still would like to reclaim the wasted 300 GB from the 102 without having to go the trouble and time of a factory default and restoring of the remaining 670 GB. Before I try contacting support, any further tips?
