There are two boot menus. One where you press and hold the power button, the other where you press and hold the reset button.
1. Power down the NAS
2. Press and hold the reset button
3. Press the power button to turn the NAS on.
4. Continue holding the reset button.
5. After about 5 seconds the disk LEDs will blink. Release the reset button after this blink.
