yeah, but streaming from windows media center is different than dlna.
readydlna supports most video formats, however it is mostly the client (ie the tv) that determines what will play back.
You can confirm whether readydlna supports the files by using a dlna client on your pc to browse the nas.
You may also need to 'rescan' the media folders via frontview
note also, that readydlna does not do any conversion or transcoding, the client must be able to play the format directly (perhaps your pc is converting the video to be compatible so the tv can play it?)
