I am using last version : 6.6.1
Before troubleshooting many hours, I have just decided to make another default reset, and will never check that box again. Spin-down never worked for me anyway.

I've used that in the past, but I'm entirely sure it's a clean solution: systemctl disable noflushd
Maybe someone will confirm.
