When I access the admin folder from another computer (logged in as admin) and I try to open it, I get the message : The operation can't be completed because the original item for "admin...
I can access it through the admin page by this error is occurring when I try to access the folders through the file manager.

May I ask if you can access this folder on another computer that is not running on Win10?
What exactly is this folder you are accessing? Is this one of the default ones or you added this folder? Try resetting permission, this might help.
