Time Machine + SMB not working on Mac OS Mojave

Hi,

We can't use Time Machine from Mac Pro 5.1 Mojave on RN516 OS 6.10.3 with SMB3.

Only AFP works.

If I setup SMB private Time Machine on RN516, and select it on my Mac Pro I have always this error :

The network backup disk does not support the required capabilities

    Is transport encryption allowed in the SMB settings?  Can you access NAS shares from the Mac using SMB?

      Hi

      I don't know where are encryption allowed option

      and yes I can connect with finder on SMB folder on RN516.
