Time Machine backup keeps saying "preparing"
My Time Machine backup keeps saying "preparing" and then nothing happens. It says the last back up was august 24. It was working before that. I am on mavericks 10.9.5, RAIDiator 4.1.13, ReadyNAS NV+ ...
Perhaps reboot the Mac and the NAS and try again?
You could also try deleting the sparsebundle and doing a fresh backup.
