Can you try disabling teaming and disconnecting one of the ethernet cables?
All the AFP (used for Time Machine) errors seem to indicate underlying network issues. So if you still have issues you might want to try changing network cables, a different port on the router/switch etc.

Well, I think I screwed up… I removed one of the cables, and that didn't help although I had access. I then went to disable teaming. It's been awhile since I set this up, and I think I hosed it. I deleted the bond, which I thought would've just given me some options with at least one of the NICs available, but I lost all communication with the server. RAIDar 6.0 doesn't even see the device, though it sees the NV+ v1 I have. What should I do now? Thanks!

Try an OS reinstall. That should change the IP configuration back to the default (using dhcp btw). The NAS admin password is reset to "password", but no other settings should be affected (and data should remain intact).
