Well a large TM backup failed overnight back on 10.8.5 running Radiator 4.1.13 RC1, so I ended up downgrading the firmware back to 4.1.12 again.
Currently about half way through a big backup, so looking good again.
I see there were some changes to the AFP address that TM uses for the ReadyNAS between 10.9 and 10.8.5...
