Hi bubu,
Is this working before or is this a first-time setup?
If it's the former, were there any events that might have caused the issue such as a FW update on the NAS or the Mac?
If it's the latter, have you also tried turning on file sharing and enabling SMB sharing on your Mac?

It was working since long years with same NAS
only change was update my mac to Big Sur from Catalina.
FW from NAS was not changed
