Tivo not archiving - ReadyNAS Pro 4.2.15
(moved post from Streaming Services forum)
I have enabled Tivo support. There are shows that have been set as Keep Until I Delete (KUID). I have confirmed this using the Tivo itself and Tivo Desktop. Both indicate a number of shows that are KUID.
The archive process runs but nothing is archived. Checked the logs and each of the shows that are KUID have the following log entries:
[2010/10/22 14:17:42] tivo_utils.c:246: info: Voyage to the Planets ((null)) is no longer KUID. Skipping.
I re-confirmed that the shows ARE still KUID by checking the Tivo and by checking TiVo desktop, both of which indicate that the shows are KUID.
I then tried recording a new show as KUID then reran the archive. I get the same log messages and the new show is not archived.
Any comments or ideas welcome.

- bunjicatAspirantWell it looks like I am DOA. The readytivo will not recognize any kuid files on any tivos. Looks like a factory reset is the next move. Bummer. Oh, and I did tried reinstall of firmware and the the newer version of readytivo that Skywalker posted with no success.
- bunjicatAspirantThanks Skywalker for ReadyTiVo_1.3.6b1-x86.bin. That got rid of my bad db entry and I am now archiving normally. Dump.txt indicates archives correctly.
- davidpwAspirantThis problem has been resolved. It was (I believe) related to Timezone issues and was fixed by Skywalker applying a code update. I will do more extensive testing over the next day or so.
I imagine any Australian user may have this problem.
thanks Skywalker.
David - SkywalkerNETGEAR ExpertFor anyone else running 4.2.15 firmware experiencing these problems, the ReadyTiVo 1.3.6 addon is available here.
- jcricketAspirantSorry for the late comms, been a busy couple of weeks. Got the Update installed, Initially seems to be working quite well. Will advise if there are any problems, thanks much for the update!
- davidpwAspirantI am happy to report that the problems described in this thread appear to be resolved by the latest ReadyTivo release provided by Skywalker.
Thanks again to Skywalker for the very effective help.
David - hidefdogAspirantUnfortunately, I can't get this to work. I have a ReadyNAS pro 4.2.15 and Readytivo is 1.3.6. I can see my tivo, but can not authorize it. I see this in the readytivo.log:

I'd appreciate any help. Thanks! - aeimisAspirantHad this problem last week - not much help I could find from the boards except to put a trouble ticket in. After trying a few things I found on other posts (bypass router dns, update firmware, etc.) one of my Tivo's spontaniously rebooted and started working and became authorized. The other one was still not authorized. I rebooted the not authorized Tivo (I have two HD's) and then that one authorized as well. They had been working fine with the readynas (ultra 4 and pro) archiving function for a couple of years when all of a sudden they stopped working. Hope this helps someone.

I understand I'm replying to a very old post but I couldn't find any that fixed my issue in more recent one's.
