i appreciate the follow-up. I followed the directions you provided and email my logs to the address in the instructions. I never heard from that action. I did get a response from the error message sent from my unit to Netgear:
To: ReadyCloud <readycloud@netgear.com>
Subject: Customer Error ReportModel: ReadyNAS 202
Firmware: 6.6.1
Context: system_panel_storage
Error: 14007010000
Defrag Volume Command failedSomeone from Netgear engineering sent me a hotfix. I installed it and the problems were fixed.

You might want to double check if there are other messages on your logs. You can also send us the logs.
How do I send all logs to ReadyNAS Community moderators?
