Transition to My Netgear results in users gone

I did the transition to the MyNetgear account as was communicated by Netgear. After the firmware-update of the device, all my users and files have disappeared. I don't think this is meant to happen and I really need those files back. Does anyone know a solution?

Thx

Arthur

Have you tried clearing your web browser cache, closing your web browser, then reopening the web admin page?

What does the space usage on your data volume look like? Is it much the same as what it was before the firmware upgrade?

Hi, thanks for the fast response.
I cleared the web browser cache and obtained the same result. Data volume is practically the same as before because most of the space is used to backup computers. The weird thing is that all 'collective' data, so data accesible by every user, isn't deleted. The log literally states that all 4 users have been erased before executing the firmware update.
