Two Macs in House - Time Machine Setup
Hi there,
We have 2 Macbooks in the house and I wondered if it was possible to setup a complete time machine solution for both of them on the one NAS.
I have had a look around and couldn't find an existing post so I thought I would ask the question. I am a new user and just started getting used to my NV+.
Thank you,
Phen

Follow the guide here: http://www.readynas.com/TimeMachine
If you set a quota of 500GB (default), each Mac will be individually limited to 500GB, but also collectively limited to 500GB.
Security mode is set under Security > Security Mode in Frontview. It is strongly recommended to use User Mode (you may have problems if you use Share mode). If you are currently using Share Mode, please migrate to user mode: http://sphardy.com/web/readynas/how-to-migrate-to-user-security-mode/ - Phen707Aspirantmdgm - thank you very much for your help.
