Now they've requested a screenshot. Done. Then they requested to select CIFS and AFP, done, returns to screen with them unselected. Then they requested a different browser (was using Chromium mainly and that's what I did the screenshots from, but I've used Firefox and IE already to rule that out), so to tick that off for them, used firefox (10.0.5), same result.
Sigh, I wonder if using a different browser has ever solved an issue like this.
