Ultra 2, can't change any configuration, #20458063
Hi, Weird thing has just happened to my ultra 2 which as got me quite worried. Suddenly all of my CIFS, NFS and https protocols are disabled in the standard file protocols page and if I attempt to ...
So they've asked me to send them through my IP and login as well as some other information. They've also asked me to install enable root ssh, sadly, I get a not valid for this architecture message when I try to install it. As I said earlier on I had this installed but the system sadly decided that it would disable it.
There really needs to be a failsafe way of getting at the file system. It would be faster for me to pull the hard drives out and plug them into my linux box and have a look. As active as this techsupport it takes a long time to get anywhere as the main time they are online is when I'm at work and can't do much :(.
