Unable to access Dashboard or Copy files to ReadyNas NV+ v2
Hi
Im accessing my older backups after some time which are on a ReadyNas NV+ v2 (support ended for it in 2015). I can see the drive on the network, browse it through Windows (11) explorer and take files off it. I can't add anything to it or delete files.
When using RAIDar it confims the drives are healthy, firmware 5.3.13 and the IP Address looks correct.
When trying to access the dashboard, I get this error in all browsers: ERR_SSL_VERSION_OR_CIPHER_MISMATCH
I understand I will need access to the dashboard to change the permissions to copy and delete files - but unable to connect to it.
Any help would be appreciated! (Looks like it might be time to update to a new NAS system)
Thanks

Options are to temporarily use internet explorer (if you have it), or Edge in IE mode. Alternatively install an old version of firefox - 94.0.2 will work. Make sure you disable automatic updates when you install FireFox.
Once you have access, there is an add-on built by WhoCares_ that you can install that will add TLS 1.2 support to your NAS. You can download it from here: https://github.com/rdynsxtrs/r5bin/blob/master/apache2/Apache2_2.2.34-arm-0.0.1.bin

Thankyou, firefox worked.
Edge and Chrome did not (i couldnt find the settings to enable TLS 1.0), even in IE mode.
Next problem.. remembering my password! At least we are at the login screen. I may have to do an OS reset to get in.
