When i add a PST file in outlook it shows can not dopy/download as media is write protected.
Is the volume marked as "Read Only" in the volumes tab of the NAS Web UI?
I suggest downloading the full log zip from the logs page.
If the issue is the NAS, then do NOT reboot it. Instead, back up as much of the data as you can (starting with irreplaceable personal documents). If the volume is Read Only, then your data is at risk, so you need to be very careful on how you proceed.

Can you copy a test file (not the PST file) from your PC into the same destination share you are using for the PST?

Might not need it. But the general way is to upload the zip into cloud storage (dropbox, google drive, etc). Then send a private message (PM) using the envelope icon in the upper right of the forum page. Include a download link to the zip (making sure the permissions are set so anyone with the link can download).
Don't post the link publicly - there is some privacy leakage when you do that.

This sounds like a permissions issue, then. Is this a new issue for this share without making other changes, or did you change something?
Are you trying to put something in an existing folder in a share, or at top level of the share? You you using non-admin credentials? Have you verified that user has the appropriate access to the share?
