unable to backup folder with the name "quickbooks"
Using readycloud and trying to backup PC folder, after I select the folder I receive the message:
unable to backup folder with the name "quickbooks"
Any help would be appreciate.

Can you back-up other PC folders? Is this the source or destination? Did you double check the permissions?
