Hi Stephen,
I tried running balance and scrub, But that did not help in removing the snapshot data.
I got a new 1 TB drive to take backup and then do a factory default re-set , But unfortunatley i am unable to copy the data from NAS to external Harddrive. I get the status bar mentioning that copy is in progress and after 30 minutes. Its getting termiated without any error. Any alternate way to copy data from NAS to External harddrive ? Appreciate if you can guide me to any link than can share step by step instructions to follow this.
Cheers,
Suman

How are you trying to copy the data now?
Is the external hard drive connected to a PC or is it connected to the NAS?
- rsumanrajuMay 13, 2018AspirantExternal harddrive is connected to NAS using front USB port.

And you are using drag-and-drop from Windows? Or are you using a NAS backup job?
- rsumanrajuMay 13, 2018AspirantI am trying use the copy function from readycloud website, I just right click and choose copy function on the folder I want to move and then open the external drive folder and paste the items there in readycloud website.
