Unable to log into the Admin page of my ReadyNAS 214 running 6.10.8

Just this morning I started being unable to login to my ReadyNAS 214 Admin page. Firmware is 6.10.8, which has been installed for at least a few weeks. Running Windows 10. My password hasn't changed ...

    Not sure how the password issue happened, the but OS reinstall will reset the admin password back to password.  So I think that is the next step.

    OS Reinstall worked for me, but still quite curious how it lost my admin password in the first place. Anyways, thanks!
