unable to login to admin acount on nas duo RND2000 v2

Yes. Set security.tls.version.min to 1 (browse to about:config and search for the setting).

Once you regain access, there are a couple of other potential options.
- it is possible to make a simple mod to virtual.conf that would let you log into the web ui using http (unencrypted)
- If you truly have a v2, there is also an add-on that will give you TLS 1.2 support
Note that many owners of the original Duo mistakenly believe they have a v2.
The Duo v2
- says "ReadyNAS Duo v2" on the front panel
- runs 5.3.x firmware.
The confusion happens because there are often other labels on the original Duo that include a v2. These need to be ignored when identifying the model.

What StephenB said. My Duo says V2 for the model number on the sticker but no V2 on the front door. It's a V1.
Mine runs 4.1.16 (the last update).
