Unable to switch from 100Mb to Gigabit on Readynas Duo

Hi all, the Router is not showing the NAS as connected at 1000Mbit (the modem LED is amber). My PC is connected at 1000Mbit (Green Led on modem). I have switched the kabels but still no luck, the modem won't connect as 1000Mbit. I'm using Cat5e cables btw.
