Unit Identifier button
Can anyone tell me what is the purpose of Unit Identifier Button in Readynas 4200. Do i need to press it while powering on the nas box?

ReadyNAS 4200 does not include a UI button. ReadyNAS 4220 is probably what you meant. The button simply helps with locating the rear I/O panel of the system, press it and the UI LED on the rear of the unit will light up.
