upgrade radiator 4 to radiator 5
Hello, I use a Ultra 2+ and have a newer ultra on a different network that uses the radiator 5. Mine being the older one used 4 and I would like to upgrade. I have already tried downloading the 7 file from the net but my NAS will not take the file because it is the incorrect architecture.
What am I doing wrong?

- Check the models again. There is no Ultra with v5. You probably have an NV+/Duo v2. At the moment, there is no system you can upgrade from v4 to v5.
