Urgent: Cannot install applications + Access Web UI too long, and turn-off unit too long
Hi, My uTorrent stopped downloading torrents. I uninstalled, reinstalled it and finally tried a package I was using on my RNDU2000. It was a recent package with same 3.3 version as the one from ...

Also, check your router settings to see if you have it set up to block new connections (or have some other ACL which is preventing the NAS from reaching the internet).

So that works at least.
apt-get install traceroute will probably fail, but perhaps is worth a try anyway. Let me know what happens.
Another thing you could try is an OS reinstall from the front panel.

You are right, wired
I see it is blocked in the router R7000
I didn't do anything from there, really wired !

I just don't get it, in R7000, it was always assigned a static IP, so auto-allowed
After your suggestion, I looked and it was in the attached blocked devices list in red, while it is correctly shown as having a static IP
I never manually added it there and it was working on first install
Anyway, many many thanks for your catch, I never have thought controlling at blocked devices in my router GUI

The apps tab still doesn't show any application
How can I force a refresh, tried refres from browser and from the GUI refresh button

Maybe try a reboot.
Or you can download the debs directly from http://apps.readynas.com/pages/?page_id=9, and then use the upload on the apps page.

reboot NAS didn't refresh the apps page, neither access from another browser
Is there a way to force a reload of apps page without factory reset ?
I can do a factory reset since NAS is still fresh out of previous factory reset

factory reset made it possible to refresh the apps page
Maybe another solution exists, or I should turned off or it is a timed refresh setting...
Any info on this from a NAS tech support ?
Many thanks again really for pointing me to the issue. It was a stupid thing, probably on my side. I now remember I had visits for which I enabled the wifi guest access exactly the 06.06.2017, 2 days ago. I clearly remember now that I turned on block new devices. My new NAS got blocked at that moment. I thought that a device with a static IP could not be blocked and I remember also a discussion we had that wired blocked devices have only their WAN access cut, not the LAN access
Many thanks again
