[URGENT] is it possible to install the python package 'bandersnatch'?

It sounds wild, but: I'm on the run because there are the Russian police after me for participating in the Anti-War movement. I was forced to leave the living place and hide offline for a while. To keep my mind sane and busy, I decided to learn python, and need an offline copy of python package repository. So please, help me!!!

How to install bandersnatch on readynas? It is a tool for creating python packages mirror. Is it even possible?
