URGENT: (RN10200) Reboot of ReadyNas and have lost volume! #27933831

Today I had an issue accessing my ReadyNas admin page and needed to reboot. Since reboot my volume is not accessible! I have lost everything and am hoping I can recover in some way.

Recieved this update today from 3rd line.
"I have read your case and understand that you are experiencing some problems with retrieving data/files from hard drive that has been inserted to ReadyNAS device. I apologize for the inconvenience you have experienced.
Data recovery is beyond our scope of technical support since you will be dealing with the settings of the hard drive and not the NAS.
NETGEAR provides Data Recovery Services on a best effort basis using tools, technical knowledge and resources available within NETGEAR. NETGEAR does not guarantee that the data recovery can be accomplished successfully in every instance. The fee for initial diagnostics is NOT refundable."
I am challenging this diagnosis as the reason I took extended support was to resolve this issue.

Following a discussion with support I SSH back into device, located the offending folder (a massive folder of pictures 2.9GB) and removed. Now the root volume is back at 30% and I am able to download logs.
On reboot still have inactive volumes. Hopefully support will now be able to help me get them online!!
